Schedule and Fees

I am in the office Mondays through Thursdays.

Limited evening times are available.  

I am offering both in person and virtual therapy sessions (video or phone).

Please note that all reasonable precautions are being taken to keep the office clean and sanitary, but there is no way to guarantee complete safety.  By choosing to come in, you agree to assume the risk of possible exposure to infections such as COVID-19.

Fees:

Initial intake session (90 minutes): $ 300

Ongoing sessions (50 minutes): $ 175

I am a contracted provider for the following health plans:

UBH (United Behavioral Health)

UHC (United Health Care)

Aetna

Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield (all plans)

Pacificare

PHCS

MultiGroup Plan

Humana

Medicare

If you are a member of the above plans, I will file your insurance claim for you. Co-payments will be collected at the time of service. If you have other insurance, you may have out-of-network benefits that would cover a portion of my services. If this is the case, payment will be collected at the time of service and I will provide you with a bill that you can send to your insurance company for reimbursement.

I also work with a number of EAP plans, including ComPsych, CuraLinc and AllOne Health.

Please check your benefits prior to coming for your first appointment. If services end up being applied to your deductible or are not covered for any reason, full payment is expected.
